Entirely by accident did I discover this spa offered an assisted stretch and OH MY GOODNESS it is well worth it’s weight in gold! Several years after shoulder surgery I’ve lost much range of motion and have frequent pain in my right shoulder. One stretch session Andy shoulder feels wonderful and has improved range already. I’ll be adding this to my monthly routine for sure!! Absolutely amazed.

Health & Spirit spa has been one of the very best place that I have experienced. I have had post op massages before but this place has been the very best. I have been healing very quickly from my arm's surgery. Here you not only get the best healing the attention, and the caring is so awesome. I can truly say that she has the hands of a potter. She will mold you down to where you need it the most. She has a good loving heart, and will go the extra mile with you. As for myself I have a couple of treatments going on and I am so grateful for this place. I purchased 3 sections of butt enchantment, and OMG! Lol! In the 2nd one you see the difference. But guess what I Will be purchasing 3 more. Lol!
