    Late Payment Policy: 

    There will be a $30 Late fee applied on missed or late monthly payments. 1 fee may be applied per month.  It is at the discretion of the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

     

    To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. 

     

    This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a $30 cancellation fee per service appointment for any no-shows and late cancellations. It is at the discretion of the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

     

    Service appointments, Massages, and memberships are not transferable.

     

    Store Credit Policy: 

    Health and Spirit Wellness Spa does not offer refunds for services provided. Please speak with management if you feel that a service was unsatisfactory and management may provide store credit for future use at their discretion.
